On September 21, 2021, within the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, the eighth generation (8), a theoretical training is being carried out under the module "Criminal Code - general part" with trainer Mr. Blerim Isufaj, Chief Prosecutor in the Kosovo Special Prosecution.
In the framework of the second training session from this sub-module, the following topics are being addressed: The notion of the object of the criminal offense, the basic elements of the criminal offense and the figure of the criminal offense.
The training methodology applied consists of practical cases as well as interactive discussions. The training is being carried out in a combined way, in person at the Academy of Justice, implementing all measures and decisions of the government preventing the COVID-19 virus and online through the platform 'ZOOM'.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
