On September 22, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, the eighth generation (8) is being conducted a theoretical training in the criminal field, under the module "Criminal Code - special part" with trainer Mr. Besim Kelmendi, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.
Within this topic are being treated the following topics: General overview of criminal offenses against labor rights, criminal offenses from Chapter XX, against sexual integrity
The training methodology is being implemented through practical cases and in a combined way, such as in person at the Academy of Justice implementing all anti-COVID-19 measures and online through the ‘ZOOM’ platform in real time.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
