September 27 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training for th newly appointed judges – generation eight, is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Criminal Code – general part, with trainer Mr. Hashim Qollakaj, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session elaborates on the following: Incitement - criminal liability and punishment of the instigator, aiding and abetting criminal association.
Training methodology is applying practical cases for interactive discussions. The training is taking place in combined form, with physical presence at the Academy premises applying all protection measures against Covid-19, as well as online through the Zoom platform.
Beneficiaries of this training are the 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
