On October 4, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, the eighth generation (8) is conducting theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part" with trainer Mr. Avni Mehmeti, Judge at the Basic Court in Mitrovica.
Topics that are being addressed in this session are: Causing general danger, destroying, damaging or removing public installations, illegal construction, criminal offenses of weapons, and use of a weapon or dangerous device.
The training methodology is being applied through practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is being carried out in person at the Academy of Justice by implementing all measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
