On October 6, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), a theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Criminal Code - general part" with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Court of Appeals.
In the framework of this training session, the following are being addressed: Consequences and legal duration of the sentence, legal rehabilitation and judicial rehabilitation.
The training methodology is being applied with practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy of Justice, thus implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
