On October 7, 2021, the Academy of Justice in the framework of the Continuous Training Program is conducting mandatory training for the prosecutorial system on: "Professional Ethics".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of KPC and Mr. Bahri Hyseni, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of prosecutors on the Code of Ethics defining standards of conduct and ethics of prosecutors, based on the values and principles of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and the State Prosecutor, such as: independence, impartiality, integrity, accountability, transparency and professionalism.
The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries in this training are: Prosecutor from the State Prosecutor's Office, Appellate Prosecution, SPRK and Basic.
