October 8 2021, academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training via Zoom platform on the following topic: Work management in administration of the judicial system.
Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Astrit Hoti, Director of the Legal Department /KJCS, and Mr. Bislim Gashi Director of the General Administration Department, KJCS.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on implementation of the adequate standards of management and leading through drafting ff plans, taking reasonable decisions and creating an environment supportive of creative and successful work.
Training methodology us combined nature with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are Court Administrators and assistant Administrators.
