October 13 2021, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Criminal Procedure Code – Covert measures of investigation and surveillance”, with trainer Mr. Avni Mehmeti –Judge in the Basic Court of Mitrovica.
The first training session is covering the following topic: Basic Principles, principles for issuing covert measures and international acts about the privacy of life. Training methodology is applying practical cases and interactive discussion method. The training is being held with physical presence in the Academy of Justice applying all protection measures against Covid-19.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges two of whom are of the Serbian community.
