Submodule - General provisions, principles, competencies and requirements of the judge in criminal procedure, topic - "Principles in criminal procedure", first session

On October 18, 2021, in the framework of the program for initial training for newly appointed judges, eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "General provisions, principles, competencies and requirements of judges in criminal proceedings" with training Mr. Hashim Qollaku, Judge at the Court of Appeals.

Within the training session are being treated the following sub-topics: Manners and conditions of control, the principle of objection of the parties and the principle of prosecution of criminal offenses ex officio.

The training methodology applied consist of practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is being carried out in a combined way, in person at the Academy of Justice, implementing all measures against the COVID-19 virus and the online platforms "ZOOM".

The benefits of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
