On October 26, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Initial hearing and second hearing" with trainer Mr. Afrim Shala, Acting President of the Court of Appeals.
In the framework of this session are being treated: Plea bargaining agreement, refusing the guilty plea and the ruling on plea agreement and following procedures, rendering of judgment and sentencing, the content of the judgment, announcing the judgment, decision on detention on remand and the drafting and delivering of the judgment.
The training methodology is being applied consist of practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is being carried out in combination, such as in person at the Academy of Justice, thus implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus and online through the platform "ZOOM".
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
