On November 9, 2021, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training through the Zoom platform on: "The Life Endowment Contract and assignment of property inter-vivos”.
Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri, Judges in the Supreme Court and Mr. Faton Ademi, Judges at the Court of Appeals.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants about the adequate implementation of laws, which refer to legal relations and obligations, regulated by the contract on assignment of property inter vivos, as a result of which were created different court practices.
Combined methods will be used during the training, including theoretical explanations followed by examples from court practice.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges from the Supreme Court, Basic Courts and professional associates.
