November 10 2021, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training via Zoom platform on the “Right to an effective legal remedy – ECHR Article 13”.
Trainer for this activity is Mr. Faton Ademi judge in the Appeals Court, and Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, judge in the Appeals Court.
Purpose of this training was to extend the participants knowledge on the right to an effective legal remedy, application of the ECHR Article 13, as well as reference to judgments of the ECtHR.
This training is using combined methods of learning, with theoretical explanations followed with practical examples from the court case law.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Supreme Court, judges and prosecutors of the Basic Instance and professional associates.
