On November 16, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the sub module "Code of Criminal Procedure-Alternative Procedure" with Mr. Haxhi Derguti, trainer at the Academy of Law.
During this session the following topics are being addressed: Presentation of the plea agreement in court, main trial according to the plea agreement and legal systems which apply this institute.
The training methodology applied consist of practical cases as well as interactive discussion. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy of Justice by implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
