On November 17, 2021, within the program for initial training for newly appointed judges eighth generation (8) a theoretical training is being carried out under the sub module "Alternative procedure" with trainer Mr. Kujtim Munishi, Chief Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor in Prishtina.
Within this session are being addressed the Priorities and benefits of mediation, the purpose of mediation and the Mediation Procedure according to the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The training methodology applied consist of practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy of Justice by implementing all measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
