November 18 2021, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module “Criminal Procedure Code – Evidence in criminal procedure”, with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi – judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is elaborating on the following: parties and their actions for ensuring evidence, types of evidence according to provisions of the criminal procedure code, conditions and standards for obtaining each evidence according to the criminal procedure code.
Training methodology is applying presentation of practical cases as well as the interactive discussions. Training is taking place in person at the Academy of Justice implementing all preventive measures against Covid-19.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
