On November 19, 2021, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting online training through the zoom platform on: "Addressing the requests of employees regarding their right to obtain 20% of the sale of socially owned enterprises".
Trainers engaged in this training are Mr. Sabri Halili, a judge in the Supreme Court of the Special Chamber and Mr. Shkelzen Sylaj, Judge at the Supreme Court of the Special Chamber
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants in the process of obtaining 20% of the income that employees enjoy in the case of sale-privatization of Socially Owned Enterprises (SOEs), ie the assets of those SOEs.
The training methods are combined including theoretical explanations followed by examples from case law.
Beneficiaries of this training are Judges of the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court, judges of the Basic Courts and professional associates.
