On November 23, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the sub module "Punitive Policy Guide" with trainer Mr. Burim Ademaj, judge at the Court of Appeals.
During the session, the circumstances for mitigation of the sentence, the implementation of the guideline in practice, the internal weight and importance of the circumstance and the importance of the circumstance towards the purpose of the sentence are being addressed.
The training methodology applied consist of practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is being carried out physically at the Academy of Justice, thus implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
