Sub-module - Juvenile Justice Code, sixth session, topic - "Court decisions, remedies, adult trial for criminal offenses committed against children and protection of child victims or witnesses"

On December 6, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the sub module "Juvenile Justice Code" with Mrs. Nesrin Lushta, Judge of the Supreme Court.

In this last session are being addressed; Types of court decisions, parts of court decisions, evaluation of evidence related to the personality of the juvenile and evaluation of evidence related to the criminal offense. The training methodology is being applied with practical cases as well as the interactive discussion. The training is being carried out in person at the Academy of Justice by implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus.

Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
