Today, December 7, 2021, the Academy of Justice, in collaboration with the National Centralized Criminal Record System (NCCR) project, conducted Training of Trainers on Criminal Records.
This training aims to create a group of trainers who in the future will be able to develop more advanced training on Criminal Records, knowledge which can be obtained from the international expert Mrs. Yolanta Christova, as well as local experts, Mr. Bardhyl Hasanpapaj, Mrs. Blerta Berveniku and professor Mr. Fisnik Korenica.
During the training, the legal framework regarding the rehabilitation of convicted persons / remission and the legal consequences of the sentence, the organization and functioning of CSCR, the types of data in the system, etc. will be discussed.
The KJC Regulation and key principles, as well as the comparison of the European Criminal Evidence Information System (ECRIS) will also be addressed.
The training has been conducted in person, always respecting the measures and recommendations of the Ministry of Health and NIPH regarding hygiene, distance to fight and prevent the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of this training are Judges and Prosecutors from the Courts and Basic Prosecution Offices.
