Before the commencement of the training sessions of this program, KJI on April 15, 2013, conducted the next meeting with the trainers who implement this program.
The organization of this meeting intended to unify the issues in group, the preparation of presentations by the trainers including the novelties of the new Code of Criminal Procedure and to discuss issues of implementation of the program in practice.
Key points that were discussed at this meeting were:
• How to apply the techniques of NITA program;
• What are the general rules regarding the techniques;
• Which of these techniques has an advantage;
• How to apply the techniques according to CCPK;
• How do these techniques influence in the whole criminal proceedings;
