April 19 2022, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the USAID Commercial Justice Activity, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting training on Recognition and enforcement of the national and foreign arbitration tribunal decisions.
Trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Mahir Tutuli judge in the Appeals Court and Mrs. Kujtesa Nezaj-Shehu lawyer.
Purpose of this training was to extend the participants knowledge on Enforcement of the Arbitration Decisions of the national and external tribunal.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the commercial department of the Basic Court.
