On April 16, 2013, KJI conducted a training from the module: Commercial Law on the topic “Protection of the rights and interests of consumers".During the training were highlighted basic concepts of the Law on Consumer Protection and standards and best practices of the EU concerning the protection of the rights and interests of consumers when purchasing goods, services and other services and form in the free market as well as obligations of dealers, manufacturers and suppliers.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges from the department of commercial issues of the Basic Court in Prishtina.
