On April 18, 2013 KJI held a workshop on the topic “Procedure regarding obstruction to possession”
During this workshop were addressed issues related to the course of proceedings concerning disputes obstruction of possession, specifications of obstruction to possession disputes, evaluation of the lawsuit time-frame, the differences between the right of possession and possession, conditions for protection from the act of obstruction possession the order by which the obstruction possession cases are decided. The workshop was followed with group break out where participants discussed various cases from the case-law and shared their experiences from different regions.
The beneficiaries of this training were judges of the Court of Appeal - Civil Division, and the Basic Courts - general departments.
