Description :

The Module will cover a summary of relevant provisions of the Criminal Code, Directives, and relevant policies of the Supreme Court and Prosecution, as well as new definitions of the Law on DV and DVBG

Objectives :

The objectives of the training include enhancing the capacity of the legal framework to effectively respond to cases of domestic violence, based on concepts and circumstances related to the case such as the dynamics of domestic violence, the cycle of power and control, combating common stereotypes associated with victims and perpetrators of violence, and improving interviewing techniques. Additionally, the training aims to promote the inclusion of programs for perpetrators of violence as part of the punishment.
