Objectives :

Clearly and correctly define the business entities as legal entities and the responsible person of the legal entity;
Develop in a fair and legal manner the procedure for misdemeanors against legal entities and responsible persons in the legal entity;
Apply the legal provisions in determining the responsibility of the legal entity, the responsible person in the legal entity, and the natural person.
