Contested Procedure

On October 20, 2026, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training session from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field, on the topic "Contested Procedure."

The trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Albert Zogaj, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo, and Mr. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

The purpose of this training is to advance the participants' knowledge on the methods of acquiring property ownership, types of lawsuits, amending the lawsuit, the preliminary review of a lawsuit, competence, parties and representation, procedural presumptions related to the subject matter of the dispute, the judgment, and types of judgments.

The methodology applied was of a combined nature, featuring theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates and legal officers from the Civil Division of all courts in Kosovo.
