November 7-10, 2022, In the framework of the cooperation between the Kosovo Justice Academy and the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN), respectively the EJTN project for the Western Balkans II, a three-year project financed by the European Commission - General Director for Enlargement and Neighborhood Negotiations (DG Near), through the Kosovo Justice Academy, all beneficiaries have been invited to apply for the Exchange Program for Court Presidents and Chief prosecutors for 2022.

In one of these study visits, the President of the Basic Court in Prizren, Mrs. Shpresa Emra, was selected, and she attended a study visit to the city of Lublin, Poland, to institutions like the Judicial Training Academy in Lublin, where she was informed about the Academy's program and activities. Then she continued to the Regional Court, where they were hosted by the Vice President and Administrator of this court. On the second day, they were welcomed in the Administrative Court of Lublin, as well as in the Electronic Court (E-Court) of the District Court.

The visit was described as very useful and well organized and the participating institutions, which included Kosovo and other countries of the Western Balkans, had the opportunity to benefit from the experiences of the host institutions.

In each Court, the beneficiaries were welcomed and, in addition to the visits, they had the opportunity to participate in a trial, which activities were documented and at the end a certificate of participation was distributed.
