Seizure and confiscation

On May 19, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with US-DOJ/OPDAT, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a Training on: "Seizure and Confiscation" - Prizren, Gjakova and Peja region.

Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Shqipdon Fazliu, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor and Mr. Ali Kutllovci, judge at the Basic Court in Mitrovica.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the changes of the new and old codes on confiscation provisions.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, including presentation of practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are: judges and prosecutors from the Basic level.
