Claims insurance

On April 04, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is carrying out the training on the topic "Claim Insurance".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Shukri Sylejmani, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo and Mr. Zenel Leku, judge at the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

Purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of judges regarding the conditions for setting security measures, the types of security measures, temporary measures, the powers to decide on security measures.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, also presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are: judges from the Commercial Court as well as judges from the Basic Courts.
