On April 19 to 22, 2013 KJI in support from UNWOMEN conducted a workshop for the staff focusing on: UNWOMEN Project assessment - the impact on the quality of the training programs, KJI strategic priorities for 2013; The Assessment of the continuous training program and mechanisms for the drafting of the continuous program; the identification of training needs in the field of gender equality and publications in the field of gender equality.
The purpose of the workshop was to identify the staff’s work challenges and ideas for overcoming them, and to develop strategic documents and internal by-laws that will facilitate the practice of various development activities for the implementation of the working program.
This workshop was combined with group work and creative ideas regarding the publication of KJI.
The entire staff of KJI benefited from this training.
