On February 19th 2015, KJI organized training on “Prior charge examination and preparatory session”.
This training aimed elaboration of legal and practical issues related to preliminary examination of the charge and avoiding procedural obstacles, as well as conditions for conducting preparatory session.
Focus of this training was on approach from the perspective of legal provisions of the Law on Contested Procedure, and way of practical application of issues related to presumptions for developing contested procedure, their identification in different stages and actions to be taken by the court for overcoming the deficiencies that refer to these presumptions.
Training was delivered with combined methods of explaining, including presentations and different cases both, real and hypothetical, to analyze problems and provide recommendations.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of basic instance from different regions of Kosovo.
