On 24 April 2015, KJI in cooperation with OSCE conducted a training on: “Code of conduct for judges, legal framework, national and international practices”.
The purpose of this training was to identify difficulties in practical application of Code of conduct for judges due to the non-harmonization of the Law on Courts and International Standards.
Participants through practical cases and working groups had to asses to what extend the judge should maintain ethical standards during judicial hearings and in public appearance.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges, lawyers, court professional associates from Gjilan region.
