July 18 2022, the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the ninth generation officially commences.
Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for the first group of the newly appointed judge’s generation nine (9) is conducting a theoretical training from the Sub-module “Criminal Code – general part”, in support of the Trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni judge in the Appeals Court – Special Department.
The first session is covering the following topics: the principle of lawfulness, application of the more favorable law, the basis and ceilings of criminal sanctions.
Training methodology involves interactive method based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 30 newly appointed judges three of whom are of the Serbian Community.
