On July 21, 2022, the Academy, as part of the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed generation (9) judges for the second group, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Constitutional justice in relation to the judicial and prosecutorial system", with the trainer engaged Mr. Islam Sllamnik, permanent trainer at the Academy of Justice.
The topics being addressed in this session are: Legal effects of the constitutional court decisions, the decisions under incidental control in the constitutional court of Kosovo and the implementation of the decisions of the constitutional court in several countries.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
