On July 22, 2022, the Academy, as part of the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges, generation (9), for the second group, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Constitutional justice in relation to the judicial and prosecutorial system", with the trainer engaged Mr. Islam Sllamnik, permanent trainer at the Academy of Justice.
In this session, the following topics are being addressed: Organization of the judicial system according to the constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, organization of the judicial system according to the law on courts, qualifications, rights and obligations of judges and performance evaluation.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
