On 25 July 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors, Generation 9, is conducting a theoretical training under the module: “Constitutional Justice in relation to the judicial and prosecutorial system” with the trainer engaged Mr. Islam Sllamniku, Permanent Trainer at the Academy of Justice.
Topics to be addressed are: Organization of the prosecutorial system, Prosecutorial Council, the mandate of the Prosecutorial Council, composition of the council, the mandate of Council’s members and the end of the mandate.
Training methodology used compiled of interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors.
