On July 26, 2022, the Academy, as part of the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors, generation (9), is conducting theoretical training under the module "Social capacity building of prosecutors and stress management", with the trainer engaged Prof. Fatmir Qollakaj trainer at the Academy of Justice.
The topics that are being addressed in this session are: The distinctive features of personalities which will be related to them in different capacities, the determining factors of the individual in deviant and illegal behavior, the best ways of overcoming stressful situations and management skills and stress.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are the 6 newly appointed prosecutors.
