August 4 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the 6th training session from the sub-module on “Criminal Code – special part”, with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Supreme Court judge.
This training session is covering the following: theft of services, aggravated theft, abuse of foreign property, taking possession of movable property and illegal occupation of immovable property.
Training methodology is interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are the 30 judges three of whom are of the Serbian community.
