August 5 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Criminal Code – special part”, with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi Supreme Court judge.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: destruction or damage to property, arson, fraud, subsidy fraud, misuse of insurance, coercion and blackmail.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges, three of whom are from the Serbian community.
