August 8 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the 8th training session from the Module on “Criminal Code – special part” with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session is elaborating on the following: misuse of trust, usury, purchase, accepting or hiding criminal acquired property, identity theft and provision of access or setting up matches or sports.
Training methodology is interactive discussion based on practical cases.
Training beneficiaries are 30 newly appointed judges, including three judges of the Serbian community.
