August 10 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group pf newly appointed judges is conducting the second session from the sub-module “increasing social skills for judges” with trainer Professor Fatmir Qollakaj trainer at the Academy of Justice.
This training session is covering the following topics: The importance of motivational needs, motivators in the work process, motivation for society, social psychology and criminality, psychosocial sources of criminality, criminality as a social phenomenon and criminogenic features of the wider social community.
Training methodology is interactive discussion based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 30 newly appointed judges including 3 from the Serbian community
