Under the module - “Professional Ethics”, topic - “Professional Ethics Code for Prosecutors”, the first session

On 5 September 2022, in the course of the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, the theoretical training under the module “Professional Ethics” is being carried out, facilitated by Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Prosecution Council.

In the course of this first session, the following topics are being addressed: United Nations Basic Principles on the Independence of the Judiciary, approved by the United Nations General Assembly, Guidelines on the Role of Prosecutors adopted by the Eighth United Nations Congress on the Prevention of Crime and the Treatment of Defendants, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The training methodology is being developed through an interactive method.

6 newly appointed prosecutors are the beneficiaries of the training.
