On 05 September 2022, in the course of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice is conducting theoretical training for the second group of the newly appointed judges of the ninth (9th) generation under the module “Law on contracts and torts”, facilitated by the trainer Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, Judge at the Court of Appeals.
In the course of this session, the following topics are being addressed: Subtle civil liability, causes of material damage, exception of liability for damage caused and liability for the actions of another person.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
18 newly appointed judges are the beneficiaries of the training.
