September 12 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for second group pf the newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Contested Procedure – second part, with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: burden of proof, facts that need to be proved, proving remedies and obtaining evidence, witnesses, expert, site examination and the writs – documents as well as hearing of parties.
Training methodology is interactive discussion through practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
