September 13 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on Contested procedure, with trainer Mr. Qerim Ademaj, Vice Chairman of the Kosovo Judicial Council.
This training session is covering the following aspects: expert witnesses and litigants, experts and witnesses.
Training methodology is interactive discussion and practical cases.
