September 14 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Role of the judge in preliminary procedure”, with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Supreme Court judge.
This training is covering the following aspects: competencies of the preliminary procedure judge and orders and decisions to freeze and temporary sequestration of assets.
Training methodology is interactive discussion of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges including two judges of the Serbian community.
