On 29 October 2015, Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with CLE-USAID will organize a training on “Mediation”
During this training will be elaborated the legal nature, types, the scope, mediation procedure, as well as judges and prosecutors responsibility in referring cases to mediation center. Also this training will treat topic such as mediation agreements, recognition and execution of the concluded agreements, as well as American case law on mediation.
Beneficiaries of this training are judge, prosecutors, professional associates and mediators.
