On 9 November 2015, within CTP, Kosovo Judicial Institute conducted training on: "Leading of Judicial Hearings (mock trial)”.
The purpose of this training was to provide judges the opportunity to directly follow a mock trial in order to advance their knowledge on who to lead court proceedings and increase their performance and professionalism, as well as face different situations that may arise during the proceedings.
As part of this training was conducted a simulation of preparatory session, the main hearing and administration of evidence. During the session, special emphasis was paid to the role of the judge and the role of the parties involved in the proceedings.
The training was followed with interest by the participants, who after every stage of the procedure, raised issues and discussed ways of leadership at the hearing.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges of the basic instance.
