Judicial review of the administrative act – challenges and procedural difficulties
On 29 January 2016, within CTP Kosovo Judicial Institute conducted training on: “Judicial review of the administrative act – challenges and procedural difficulties”.
Within this training will be treated the legal framework of judicial administrative control and gaps of the applicable legislation in Kosovo. Apart from this topic will be also elaborated the procedure and proving during the procedural administrative review and issuance of administrative act.
Beneficiaries of this training will be judges of basic and appeal courts, as well as legal professional associates.
