September 22 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “Case management and performance evaluation”, with trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the evaluation of the performance of judges, the aim and objectives, the applicable legislation related to the evaluation of the performance of judges, the basic rules for the evaluation of the performance of judges, the measuring indicators of the criteria for evaluating the performance, the evaluation of the performance of judges with an initial mandate and slowing down the performance of judges with a permanent mandate.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
